We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location & view. Amazing, clean room. A lot bigger than most rooms in NYC.
No bar fridges in room. There was a space for one under the sink so would have been great to have one.
Good location
After checkout charged $50 for amenities. Asked for break down they would not send it to me and I googled and it’s for bottled water on arrival and free WiFi. The should state that you have to pay for water and WiFi instead of calling it complimentary and charging after checkout. Very small rooms. Very disappointing
The only nice looking thing was the entrance and exit.
I don’t know where to start, we had to change rooms initially because the room was warn down to the bone. Everything is bare minimum here. No fridge. Staff was ok and sfood was ok. We had BLACK MOLD growing in both bathroom/showers and around the faucets. I have Asthma so the mold and mildew in the bathroom made it nearly impossible for me to breathe in the shower. We also had white mold spots in on the sink countertops. The headboard was grossly disfigured and disheveled. The metal tables were dirty/scratched and unpolished. The carpeting was dingy and dirty. The curtains in both rooms CHEAPLY sewn. There were stains on the bedding and curtains. Cheap spring mattress that makes it feel like you are sleeping on hard wood flooring. For a King room we Paid $1,637.07 for 3 nights Sunday night to Wednesday morning. If you want SoHo then I honestly recommend you go anywhere else but here. Especially the MOLD Situation. Also word for warning. None of the photos on these booking sights are accurate to what you actually get. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK!!
