Pleasant staff especially Bell area. Too hot to use pool especially as parasols were not available unless you purchased something. Check in staff need customer care training as they were very unhelpful.
Complained about very bad drain smell. An 'Engineer' arrived with a plunger. Did not fix so complained again. Noone turned up!!! We were in Vegas to get married but even trying to get a late checkout as our flight was 10pm we only managed to secure 2 hours and had to purchase a whole day but even then we had to move all our belongings for the sake of 6 hours. Check in were not much help. Americans are usually very good at providing good friendly service but we found o this occasion it fell down on both.
Room was very comfortable and coffee and refrigerator were provided
I love the Elara but this stay wasn’t the best.
I thought I had booked 2 suites but they were King Studio rooms. When we checked in one of our rooms were “lost” and we ended up being on 2 different lower floors. Checkout time was 10, there was no late check out and no one told us we could still have access to the pool after checkout until we were getting our luggage from holding.
