Great value and location with easy access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Pools were amazing.
Nothing
The proximity to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
Our room was far away from the pool and there was no maid service, we were there for 2 nights. Fresh towels and water would have been appreciated.
If it weren't for the great location within Disney, we probably would have chosen a different hotel this time. We truly hope management will reassess the level of service and safety being offered to guests.
We’ve been staying at the Swan and Dolphin for at least 15 years, but unfortunately, our last two visits have been disappointing. The front desk service has noticeably declined compared to previous years — less friendly and poorly organized. We were particularly disappointed to find that Peekaboo, a convenient and enjoyable restaurant, has been closed and replaced with an arcade. This was a big letdown, especially for families looking for affordable dining options within the hotel. On our last night, the fire alarm went off in every room in the middle of the night, and we were forced to evacuate the hotel in our pajamas. Our children were scared, and the worst part was that no one at the front desk knew what was going on. There was no visible emergency protocol or fire brigade presence. It was a completely chaotic and unacceptable situation for a hotel of this category.
