I liked the staff and how accommodating they were super nice and well polite.

The hot tub should’ve been a little bigger and the pool Area a little warmer same with the dinning area little warmer to relax after skiing all day try to keep the warmth within the whole building was amazing. But overall happy with the stay

Great value for your money

Staff was welcoming at the time of check in and during entire duration, room size was decent and offered area to heat up some food. Except during rush hours, when everyone was back to hotel, internet worked really well and TV offered a few apps to login (YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc.). Hotel supports local manufacturers and offers Rocky Mountain products (shampoo, soap, etc.)

Checking had a small hick up, when room wasn't available until 5PM sharp, which is probably first time in 10+ years of travel. I find none of the provided pillows comfortable, as well as blanket was a bit synthetic. There was zero room service for the duration of stay 4 days/3nights. Parking is a bit of a challenge for anyone who is driving with ski box on top, as there are very limited access points to the building. Majority of doors are either out of service or simply locked.

Nice hotel with good amenities - the pool and hot tub were nice. Good location, not a far walk into town. Really liked the mini kitchenette with fridge and microwave, super useful to prepare small meals.

The only thing I can comment is the walls were pretty thin but was ok once everyone went to sleep!

Close proximity to downtown. Staff very helpful. Very quiet location. Liked the underground parking.

The beds were very nice

Over 200 a night and they still charge you 22 per person for breakfast and the shower was pitiful no pressure at all and Luke warm water even when you think there wouldn't be much hot water use at the time
