It was perfect

There was no breakfast

The room leaked water under 1 window. We were told we could not have more towels to help stop the leak because they were low on towels. I paid for Thursday night but did not stay. There was no electricity and we could not open the windows because they were screwed shut. I could not leave. The front doors would not open and I was in a wheel chair and could not go down the stairs.Once the doors opened we checked out. Housekeeping was still working because they passed our room as we were carrying our things out. I asked for a refund and was told I had to call. I have not gotten hold of them yet. They still did not have power Monday.

The property was affected by hurricane Milton and had no power. Was not disclosed at the time of booking.

I checked out on 10/7/2024 at 11 am as i felt in an unsafe place, I’m still waiting my refund from the cancellation. As I did not stay the remainder of the paid time.

The property was clean and the staff was very courteous.
