The boutique style hotel is located in a very central location. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Good value.
My son thought there could have been more equipment in the gym.
Huge corner room with a view. Hotel centrally located. Forgot our passports in the safe, staff helped me make quick arrangements to get them to my next destination.
Nothing. I would stay there again.
Everything about this hotel was exceptional, food, location, and a staff that went above and beyond to make sure that your stay was perfect.
That we couldn’t stay longer.
Location is good.
Rooms were too small.
room and bed was extremely comfortavble. bathroom big and nice.
only issue is the windows facing inside the building complex.
Everything was perfect for our stay in Québec.
Love the restaurant onsite. Do not miss it—one of my favorite stops in the city. Love the new bathrooms—very clean. Comfortable beds. Very pleased that we were given a room away from the elevators this time. Great air conditioning. Spacious. Be sure to use the second elevator, as the one closest to the restaurant is frequently in use.
Parking is valet only or you can park yourself in the same area that they park the car for way less money, which is the city center located directly across from the hotel. I hate valet parking personally, because it means you have to wait for an attendant to be available to access your car, so we parked ourselves this time. We found it difficult to find the exit closest to the hotel when we were in the underground parking system though, which led to a longer than necessary walk with our bags. The first time I stayed here I use the valet and swore I wouldn’t do that again. And the second time I used the underground system and think I might valet the next time.
