The location of the Eldorado was great. Staff was very attentive. The room was excellent and Agave’s food (two Breakfasts) was good too.
Nothing. It really was a perfect stay
I liked everything about the property! Conveniently located, great staff, nice pool and nice amenities.
Much was right like bed comfort, quiet, and functionality of items in room. Check in was fast. Great internet with no password. Bathroom well lit.
Some difficulty getting coffee as lobby runs out and is slow to replace and coffee and cream in room is limited. Must have maid service to replace coffee and cream. Room far from elevator, no stairs to Lobby from upper floors, and very few outlets in room except at desk and bathroom, all bad design decisions. Staff never sent extra hangers that we were told were coming. Valet parking was very rough with difficulty notifying garage to ready the car. Required daily valet parking is $35/day extra. Almost no place to put away non-hanging clothes for anyone wanting to unpack like me. Refrigerator not cooling and dimmer light goes on and off by itself.
The hotel is one that I have stayed at on several occasions. It is a lovely hotel with great facilities and a very comfortable room. It was the Monday after the Native American Fest and the room price was very attractive!
The woman at the front desk seemed distracted and barely answered our couple of questions. The woman at the front desk the next morning seemed much more engaged and happy to be there.
Perfect location! Clean and spacious room. Lobby is nice with friendly staff. Spa area was lovely and relaxing. Rooftop pool was nice. We walked through the LaFonda, which was nice, but happy we stayed at the El Dorado as the traffic was not as high and not so busy and stimulating. But definitely walk through the La Fonda and maybe grab a drink or snack up at their rooftop!
