A Casa da Meixida

Host didnt show up during our stay, we didnt have opportunity to check in. Keys were left in the box at the outdoor and our luggage transfer was left outside property. Broken closet mechanism. Spiders in room. Teh worse stay during my Camino. Totally not worth price.

Nice and quiet house, supportive staff, on the way to the pilgrim

The house is pretty. Nicely retrofitted. Beside a gas station that has a mini market.

It has a lot of potential, since it's a pretty house "on the Camino". But it needs more caring. The first time we saw anyone from staff was during breakfast next morning. Nobody stays in place, so the windows are kept all closed up and the living room smells mold. The bedroom had spider webs in the corners. Shower is very small (I'm a small person). Nowhere to hang clothes (pilgrim's clothes need some fresh air).

4 KM north of Padrn. Well located for an early arrival in Santiago. A nice, clean room with a good shower. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Nice breakfast.

The walk from Padron is alongside a busy road. Situated behind a petrol station. The only local catering is the rest stop cafeteria. Poor wifi.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the spa after a day walking the Camino. We were able to have our bags delivered and picked up also.

Wifi didnt work. The property was a little remote and there were no facilities to allow for self catering.
