One of the worst hotel stay experiences. The rooms seemed like they weren’t cleaned at all — there were some stains on the corner of the bed, as if someone had vomited. We were denied a room change.
Main thing for me when I first walked into a hotel is if it is clean. It was clean, the room was clean and it served our purposes. Breakfast was good.
Staff was great and they called the room to see if we needed anything and there was not
In the morning I moved a foot stool in the room and there were toenails clippings on the carpet underneath it.

The only positive comment I can leave is in regards to the distance between the hotel and other reservation plans I had during my my stay was convenient. Area was easy to navigate or obtain an uber/lyft.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my experience here, left me stunned — and not in a good way. I was staying here during recovery from a surgical procedure and noticed something… extremely unhygienic when I went to change the bed linens myself. I only called the front desk to make them aware, politely and respectfully — not to complain, not to shame, just to let them know what I found, thinking they’d want to handle it properly. Instead, the general manager came up and completely lost it on me. When I began to show him the mattress, debris and dirty artificial finger nail found in the edges. He literally shoved his phone in my face yelling, “This is my father dying and you’re talking to me about a dirty f*ing fingernail,” and kept hurling insults in front of me, my sister, other guests, and staff. Then, to top it off, he ripped the bedding off the bed and threw it into the hallway, all while shouting things like, “What do you want from me? I’m sick, I’m at work, I’ve got shit going on.” I’ve worked as a nurse in an ER for over a decade. I know how to deal with these type of situations. I was literally trying to handle it for them, and just make them aware of things I would think they would care about, and this is how I was treated? Oh — and let’s not forget I had to switch rooms on day one due to cleanliness issues. So this wasn’t some isolated fluke. When I contacted corporate, they barely acknowledged what actually happened. Just a vague apology for the “sanitary issue” we experienced during our stay. NO mention of the verbal assault or harassment! There was however an offer for a refund of 1 out of the 8 nights we stayed. Also, making sure to mention that if the offer was not sufficient, I would have to reach out to the manager at the facility to discuss the matter further. Meaning I would need to speak to the same person who swore, threatened and belittled me. Make it make sense?!
