Carmel Mission Inn

The food was incredible, service at the restaurant and front desk were both exceptional. We appreciated the pet-friendly rooms, the hot tub and heated pool, and the cute lounge area with multiple fire pits out front. Very conveniently located.

The king bed was horrible, bent like two tacos, my husband and I left with very sore backs and necks. Not a quiet/relaxing room;housekeeping staff was SO LOUD, hotel doors were heavy and slamming, walls were thin, babies crying and people fighting.

unbeatable location next to two malls with restaurants and shops, minutes from downtown Carmel, Pt. Lobos, short drive to Pacific Grove and Monterey.

I despise hidden charges that are often called "resort fees", or "incidental" charges, that should have been included in the advertised cost of the hotel room.

Lovely place , modern & clean . Pool and hot tub were nice was to end the day .

The property is right off Hwy 1 and very conveniently located for you to get to Big Sur and only a couple of minutes away from Carmel by the Sea. Across the street is also a grocery store, coffee shop, and lots of dining options. The property is nice and clean with a mid modern century vibe. We paid for deluxe room with a balcony and views overlooking the pool and mountains. Also free parking and Wi-Fi is a bonus.

I wished the rooms had a microwave. It did come with small fridge. The room was nice for the most part. My only concern was the air conditioner in the room, which looks a little dingy and could use a little more dusting.

Great location and beautiful curb side appeal. Price is fair for the area.

Rooms could use some updating. There was a visible gap in the door and the bed was noisy.
