1st room had dirty sheets so needed to switch rooms. New room wasn't very clean neither.

The pool was nice, staff was very friendly
My boyfriend and I were traveling in separate vehicles. I arrived before him due to car problems, when he arrived shortly after midnight he was unable to enter the main entrance to get to the room. He had to sit in the car until he was able to reach me by phone to let him in the side door.
Only had coffee.
The pool was closed for maintenance. No elevator I booked online and chose the wrong hotel. Thought I was staying at a different one.
All of the staff were very nice
My bed smelled like urine and the bathroom floor was sticky
