My husband and I were targeted by a waitress on the casino floor the night we arrived, and she continued to bother us all night. Her managers did nothing except say they'll talk to her only after her actions came to light and after she purposely sent security to question us 3 times. The 1st security was extremely unprofessional, and out of line, he started shouting and cussing at us. Once we requested a manager, he ran off to hide. We never saw him again, and we were advised he was not actual security, and I was not authorized to question us, so I'm not sure why the waitress had him question us. But he definitely worked at the casino. She sent security 2 more times after this. Security verified we were fine each time, so she would find a new security guard to send our way. At the end of the night, she passed us as we headed to our room, and she was laughing at us. Horrible Horrible experience, Horrible staff, I'd never stay here again. For the record, it was our 1st night in. We were completely sober and fully cooperative, she cannot claim we were some unruly drunk people, so all of this was completely uncalled for. All of this because when she offered drinks, we accepted her offer and very politely requested 2 nonalcoholic beverages. I had no idea it would turn into all this. Im still confused as to why she did all of this. BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE, THEY ALLOW WAITRESSES TO TARGET AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU.
There were two security guards and another worker who came banging on my door. I was informed that because I didn’t have my room serviced in 48 hours a welfare check was warranted. I understood this process, but the way it took place was a little extreme. They demanded to come into my room and asked me for identification. This was a triggering incident that could have been handled differently. Guests should be informed of this policy during check in. I paid a lot of money to have my space invaded. I would suggest creating a better strategy to implement this process. This situation could have went completely wrong for a person with PTSD or any other anxiety issues. There wasn’t a microwave in the room. I didn’t have open space in the refrigerator to store any leftover food.
I call front desk to need toothpaste and toothbrush for 2 times. I never see it until I check out. Service is not good
