Such a beautiful space! Great views, gorgeous sites!! W le loved it so much!!
We kind of felt all alone. We had to wait up to 45 minutes for staff to be available to chat with us.
Good location, only the marina but no beach.
A very bad experience. We lost a personal item in the hotel. While it wasn't valuable, it significantly impacted our trip. The hotel staff were extremely rude and dismissive, not actively addressing or helping us. The duty manager was the worst, with a terrible attitude. Hotel cleanliness was poor, with blood on the pillows and the floors filthy. My child's socks were completely black from running around in them. The hotel room was infested with mosquitoes and everyone was bitten so badly that we used up the entire bottle of mosquito repellent.
The hotel was clean, organized, and the room housekeeping were very nice.
By the pool area there were no towels available, and when going to ask for towels the lady that worked there was very rude. An edge of the pool by the disability chair is also broken and very sharp.
I liked the clean rooms and the location was perfect for exploring the islands.
