The robe were nice but cost extra to use
Cleaning woke you up at 8am banging on every door, staff rude. They ok with you being there 1 day but more then that and your stealing from them even though we paid for 3 days. Extremely noisy 2 couples broke up in the room next to us fighting loud and people above us was drunk in the only hot tub for 4 hours outside our room 10 feet from our door then they had a loud sex party in the room above us shaking the walls nocking stuff down so we went on the patio that is so open you can see in the room next to you or just the 3 foot wall between rooms and walk in on you. The fridge is full of stuff for sell no room for your stuff. If you want to heat up food you have to ask staff to heat it and they are rude the Woman at the front desk made fun of my daughter because door dash stold our food we had order. It was the worse place we stay at. We ask for a napkin and they said no. The compliantly cookies cost they are not free. We got charged an extra. $30 a day for amenity. We did not even use there soap because of you open and use there soap in the shower they charge you. Nothing is free to use in the room everything cost ontop of what you pay. They dont care about the paying customers they dont leave there little office. Ontop off all the your feet turn black walking from the shower to the bed. Never ever stay here again plus they keep changing the amount they charging me so many times my bank thinks they are a scam. Its been 2 weeks they still messing with my bank.
This was my second stay but I wasnt as impressed. I was woken up by guests above getting a super early start at 3:30 am for an hour and half (so basically just not sound proof below) and i noticed the road noise a lot more. also there was a super bright light outside my room that was a bummer because the wood blinds couldnt block it out. maybe room 101 is just a dud but i slept pretty bad. also, got a reservation for a $150 rate (plus taxes and fees) and was charged $210 plus $35 more for parking. contacting the hotel to fight that now.
The staff was very friendly. The location was great- close to town, beaches, parks
noise from other guests at night
Amazing location, friendly staff, facilities were good for such a small space. We were lucky to get street parking
A little noisy room, as close to PCH. No breakfast optionsonly tea, coffee.
very well located hotel in the heart of laguna beach
The rooms are ok and pretty well appointed but the bathrooms are very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. We paid more for a balcony with a sea view- in truth the balcony overlooked houses and was very small. It was noisy as our room was on corner overlooking main road. During our stay we unfortunately had nearly 1000 dollars of shopping stolen from the trunk of the car. We are pretty convinced it occurred whilst in the hotel car park. We reported it to the hotel Manager who told us the security company were reviewing the footage and they would email me. Despite having chased numerous times I have had no answers which I find particularly poor service and very unusual for the US. It has left a very bad taste - the lack of effort to solve this. Moreover, we were charged $25 dollars a night for the privelege of parking in the hotel car park, which shocked me
