Place is dirty, room smells terrible and seems that was not cleaned

The room was a nice large size. The television was a smart TV with a large flat screen and nice image. The staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast included in the price was a good buffet with lots of options, including made to order omelettes.

The main drawback was an uncomfortably soft mattress that was not up to the rating and other standards of the hotel. Perhaps I was unlucky and had a room with an old mattress that needs to be replaced.

The Location

Kind of old. The elevators are broken sometimes. They get trapped with people inside. They can renovate the furniture of the top rooms or conserve them better.
