We needed some medicine and they had some at the front desk! What a relief! Lovvvved the cookies! Hot tub was really hot, not just warm as some hot tubs are.
The staff was very nice and the location was a good starting point
Unfortunately, my recent stay was far from comfortable. The beds were extremely hard, making it difficult to get any real rest. On top of that, the hot water had a strong, unpleasant odor that made showering feel more like a chore than a refreshment. While I understand that cities face challenges with homelessness, the large number of houseless individuals around the hotel made the area feel unsafe, especially during the evenings. The hotel's security presence didn't feel sufficient given the surroundings. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
