Clean, functional and just what we needed - would co sided staying again if we visit Cork
Staff were rude and ignorant, food was way too overpriced, room was unhygienic, and got bitten by something in the bed I was staying in. Overall unsatisfactory and way to overpriced.

TV remote control did not work. Tech came to fix it and it still did not work properly afterwards.
Bar food was lovely,
Our room was very cold, it even had a plug in heater, as radiators weren't really warm. We paid for an executive suite and it wasn't one.... we paid for a room with a view of river and we got a room with a view of back of houses...
