Beautiful views from the treetops to the pool, lounge and bar area. Rooms were clean.

Lack of contact/care from staff. No check ins with us to see how we were etc. Especially when I said my partner was unwell. It doesnt feel like anyone has any Hospitality training (I am in the industry). LOTS of construction going on. All day. So lying by the pool or bar or restaurant all you can hear is the construction banging etc. Thankfully not heard from our room but not sure that would be the same for all rooms. The generator goes off at least once a day. So all power goes. No pre-warning of this at check in and no staff told us what was going on or how long it normally lasts for. Don't refresh water in the rooms when doing the daily clean. Basic necessity. Food service is sporadic. One evening we waited over an hour for our food to be served, another evening it was only 20 minutes. Tours and spa treatments are more expensive than other local options

Nice hotel with a unique look, not too many rooms so facilities like the pool aren't overcrowded. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel isn't within walking distance of anything so if you want to go anywhere you have to get a taxi, hire a scooter or a bike. It did say bikes were free when I booked this but when we got there you had to pay for them. Breakfast is included but selection is very limited in both selection and quantity. On our last day we arrived 30 minutes into the breakfast service most of the items were gone and were not replenished. Got charged 55 for a bed sheet that had some suncream on it. I'm fine with paying for something if it is damaged but 55 for a bed sheet seems high and a bit opportunistic. Nice enough hotel but there are better value for money options in the area

Cleanest hotel room Ive ever been in! Decor is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Food is so delicious and well presented. Every staff member is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Location is only 10-15 minutes away from restaurants/bars/beach/downtown. Best hotel experience Ive ever had!

Beautiful setting that makes you feel as if youre deep in the jungle while only being a short ride from the main part of town. The rooms, facilities, and common areas are very well thought out, designed, and constructed. I was very impressed by the use of bamboo, wood, and stone.

There is truly nothing to dislike about this amazing place. I suppose the only thing I could recommend would be to have a more accessible on-site water refill but even the furthest rooms are not far from the bar (where you refill) and the room service is outstanding (you dont ever have to leave it you dont want/need to)

Perfect hotel to stay at ! It is more beautiful than the pictures!! The hotel have a cenote !!! It was perfect
