They include a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. Casa Rural Los Pepe Sancti Petri has spectacular views of the mountains. In the tropical gardens there is a barbecue area. The property has a tour desk and there is free parking nearby. The property is well connected to the A48 Motorway and is a 10-minute drive from the Meliá Sancti Petri Golf Club. The house itself is quite nice, the 'rural community vibe' is well done, with quite big apartments and a cute common area. The area is tranquil and really close to supermarkets and shops (by car), and around a 15 minute drive to the beach. The check-in process was easy, as the owners where waiting for us when we arrived, and were welcoming. Its got a nice sized pool and the apartment had a few utilities that will keep you covered for a few days
I understand its an apartment, and that it is 'rural' and not serviced, but the fact that we had to buy our soap, and throw our own rubbish by walking quite far in the middle of a dangerous highway is a bit much. We stayed a week and no one came to check if we were running out of toilet paper, you had to ask every time. The price wasnt any cheaper than any small hotel in the area (which I know really well as I go every year). The shower was completely blocked with hair and filled up completely, the bedding was super old, mismatched and full of fuzz balls. The same with the sofa cover, and the towels which were full of bleach marks, and the kitchen got full of ants every night. It needs to be more taken care of, as it can be rural but kept up to date and cleaner. I would probably recommend it if you want to go with your kids and have a low budget/not very high expectations, but I would probably check in the area as a serviced hotel is probably more worth the money.
