The important information on the listing was very misleading it said that it would be a 50$ hold for the deposit but it didn’t state a 50$ hold per day. And it didn’t mention anything about parking being charged. It said parking charge only for ppl that or on a cruise. This was a terrible experience I will never stay with the Hampton/ Hilton hotels again. And the front desk employees were rude they told me you should have read the pricing ledger. I did read it I even screenshot it and showed them and it said nothing about the pricing they gave me. They also refused to give me a different customer service number. They said that no one will refund you because it’s policy. They also kept saying that there is never a manager on property. The breakfast was cereal and muffins. Also the fire department was called and we had to leave or room due to someone next door smoking. It was just a bad experience. And I will never stay here again it’s ghetto.

Nothing horrible experience

I got there and they said my room wasn’t until the 28th but on my reservation it says 27th and they canceled and said they would refund and didn’t very unhappy with the whole experience. I been a great customer but might have just lost me after this horrible experience
