Attitude from the workers, hidden fees. After I paid nothing was mentioned before hand that breakfast wasn’t included when it was stated that breakfast and” on site parking” was included don’t give me the valet only bs. It was also mentioned “parking, on site parking, valet parking, private parking, accessible “ before I pay. After I paid they told me that I have to pay an additional 50$ something dollars before tax for parking. And the breakfast wasn’t included when it was mentioned that it was! And not to mention the mini bar was already stated that it was included I only took a coffee and 2 waters and they charged me around 40$ for them. Im telling you the whole thing is being advertised as if everything is included in the price when it is not they make up their own bs rules and make up hidden fees they’re money hungry dogs.
The amenities were A1 (except for the gym). Alfred and onsite restaurant are clutch. & the view (chef's kiss).
very small and limited gym which was surprising based on other available amenities. They had these weird niche cable machines. Honestly they could get rid of the machines, and just add one more bench, dumbells and a barbell :-)
Love that it is accessible, close to most places I needed to go. Room is clean, and view of mountains from afar brings out the picturesque charm of Los Angeles. Lobby traffic is really busy especially on the weekends. Liked lounging by the pool- it is very relaxing and in close proximity to their restaurant. Not working well- the electrical control for the privacy shades - you have to play with it to get it to work!
The electrical shade buttons.
