Hotel employee at check-in was exceptional, a great check-in experience. The rooms are great with windows that are able to open and provide fresh air which was nice! Great water pressure in the room and quality linens.
$75 "mandatory" early check-in fee is hard to justify.
The room are cool, ambience is great.
The bathroom is strangely low quality (although the shower is amazing), the staff are pretty surly and unhelpful, a bit too self aware I'd say.
Nice area with many options for food. Hotel rooms were clean and my room had a nice street view. Front desk staff all were excellent. Took them up on a couple of recommendations. Thank you and the two ladies at the front desk! Didn't get their names
I liked the rooms and the style of the hotel it was super cute and they had a lot of nice art stuff
Im 20 so they locked my mini bar which wasnt an issue, but it delayed my check in time by 30 minutes so I had to sit in the lobby. Then to add on to that I was charged 60 dollars for the mini bar that I never even used. They ended up reversing the charge but irritating to deal with nonetheless
Its a solid place and you know what youre getting.
Certain areas feel a little tired now and an elevator was out which made the journey to the lobby a little longer.
