Location and garden area with pool outside
That there was kitchen facilities, no microwave, no place where I could prepare my own food as Freehand in LA actually have that and I thought that this one will have it too as iam a Freehand fan and I book a Freehand hotel whenever there is one

I been charge my hotel stay double! Completely unexpected and unsatisfactory. After receiving the message from my bank, I immediately send a message to them asking an explanation. I received an apology and the invoice with the refunds. Unfortunately the refund was nearly 4 pounds shorter according to my debit card statement. Totally unsatisfactory from my side, I was expecting to get the exactly same amount.
I didn't like that there wasn't any extra wash clothes. Other than that it was good.
