Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, quiet rooms.
Great things that we enjoyed: 1. The hotel is situated in a prime location throughout the city, close to two metro stations that we use all the time 2. Quite enough space in the room 3. Option with breakfast and a restaurant, in case we didn't want to leave for any reason 4. Having A/C and nice bed sounds basic, but not all hotels have both and it is something I was grateful to have there.
There were several problems with our stay: 1. Breakfast: I would come down with my wife from our room to eat something, and the whole place was packed. I get this happens during high season, but I would expect a better way to handle this situation instead of waiting 15 minutes to eat something. 2. Cleaning: That was confusing, although the staff was nice, I think they were swamped with work and seemed like it was one person cleaning alone one floor with several different rooms. And the problem we had was that we would leave early our room to enjoy the city (around 9h), come back at 15h, but the room was still not clean. We would usually receive the cleaning staff offering to finish or fresh new towels, which was great, but I would rather to have my room clean or have a time in which I should be off the room so they can do the job.
Great location and well-designed rooms with surprisingly large space
Good location for what i needed
a bit noisy on my floor
Room was very specious compared to London’s rooms. The room was clean and had all basic amenities. Like tea area with 2 cookies and nice tea bags and kettle. Iron and iron table was in the room too. Bed was comfy.
Hair dryer didnt work Small things like toiletry kit were missing (but maybe not a standard for 3 star hotel) The lobby was very dark and not the most welcoming No one offer to take my luggage to the room at the check in - feels a bit like hostel in that sense
Excellent location close to most major attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Baggage storage for early arrivals and late leavers. 24hrs restaurant bar in hotel.
