profit and money-oriented approach (hosting a guest in the room incurs into an extra charge of 80)*, unnecessarily and unjustifiably expensive, 10 am check-out (!!!??) which brought me to pay 80 extra for a late check-out, poor cleanness and state of facilities (for example, insects in the room hovering above my bed), below average breakfast variety, drinks not included for half-board option (not sure about full-board one), 7,77 for a large bottle of sparkling water, no ingredients/allergens displayed by the dishes, no AC and not enough electric fans in the dining hall resulting in uncomfortable and sweaty eating, staff acting phony and not genuinely welcoming *rule not displayed anywhere and not communicated upon check-in therefore feeling quite ad hoc

Nice hotel, maybe a bit old, but the location was just perfect, right on the beach. Personnel was very kind and gave us assisstence when we needed a private tour. Rooms were very specious and clean. The breakfast was also great, there was a variety of diffrent food every day.

High prices of food. If you are travelling with a family it can get very expensive to eat in a hotel.

the location of the hotel was perfect!!! Right on the beach. Hard to find a hotel that is beachfront. Most hotels only have ocean view, but coral strand is oceanfront!!! The breakfast was pretty decent, it was tasty, personally they should try to change up the menu from time to time so its not the same thing every morning.

The room we stayed in was a little outdated, but overall comfortable. The bathroom needs an air vent, which also had a weird smell to it.

Very nice and helpful staff (a lot of staff). Very nice honeymoon room with spectacular view, right on the beachfront. Excellent breakfast offer, great sushi restaurant and very good location. The hotel is also very well known and has a good reputation so everyone knows it which sometimes has advantages.

No WC brush in the honeymoon room.
