Cleanliness, bathroom, location
Great location and clean.
At breakfast a group was allowing their dog to eat off of their plates after they finished eating. It was NOT pleasant to see or hear, and the did spread food all over the floor. I dont think that should be allowed. And having to pay for parking
The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!
Not at all
Close to Yosemite. Very lovely rooms, good hot breakfast.
No
There was a $10.00 parking fee. I can understand parking fees in downtown hotels or high story hotels near airports or resort destinations. However, this is a very rural location and charging a parking fee here is BS!!
The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the hostess was helpful and friendly and the coffee was hot.
The heat pump was a little noisy and took a while to warm up.
Location is good. It *looks* nice.
The front desk woman was condescending & spoke at me, not with me. She didnt even give me a chance to ask a question then excused me after she spoke all the details at me. I tried to explain I just got done with over 12 hours in the car I didnt catch everything, she excused me due to a line of 2 guests that arrived after me and the guests werent in a hurry. I tried to talk to her again later in the evening and she was just as rude; every encounter with her she would tell me to wait till she finished her conversation with her coworkers. I met the manager in the elevator, she was kind. I didnt complain about the young woman at the front as I am only here one night. Its a newer hotel, but the shower is lined with rust and water damage, the shower door didnt shut all the way. Theres no lotion for guests. The previous guests used the microwave where the whole room smelled of curry and Indian food; the previous guest nor the house keeper cleaned the microwave, so I had to and I had to run to town to get a room deodorizer as the room was just too much with the curry smell. Additionally they charge you $10 for parking which booking failed to provide notification regarding. Overall, this was not worth $230 for one night.
