In last few years we have noticed a big drop of a generaly quality of the Crown Plaza hotels (in general). Poor breakfast, reducing the costs in general (only 1 toilet papper in the bathroom, no winter covers on the bed, no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom (only from the big 1 liter containers...). No slippers in the room. If this is the politics of the CEO reducing the costs to improove the final finacial annual result I find it wrong.
Great location, only 5 min drive to the centre and they also have a free shuttle bus, there is free parking in front of the hotel and check in-check out hours are flexible also rooms are very cosy and clean, I highly recommend this hotel
