Staff was excellent

No real beach Not truly 5 star property Communication off amenities not clear for all inclusive Food disappointing Small rooms especially the bathroom one sink cramped space no tub NOT 5 Star for sure. Beach service almost non existent Pool needs up

We loved snorkeling around the dock. The entertainment was a lot of fun!

The food could be better. The sushi restaurant is the best. The Mexican restaurant wasn't the most authentic.

The food and staff at the dinner restaurants were great! The bar tenders took great care of us and we barely left the pool. The bed was super comfortable, too.

The food at the buffets wasn't great. I felt like the guest services could have stepped it up helping us fo activities outside of the resort and making our stay more romantic.

Comfortable beds, beautiful animals walking around (flamingos, parrots, nasuas, iguanas), delicious food, extremely clean, nice beach with plenty of sunbeds, people working at the hotel (excluding the dive centre) are kind and helpful, there are umbrellas in the rooms, which helps a lot during the rainy season.

There is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes that is hard to get rid off, the diving school is expensive and the diving centre lady there is quite rude, massages are extremely expensive compared to the market price.

The staff was great. There was random wildlife all over which was great. The food was all pretty great. No issues at all

The buffet had many options that were great. The Steak house was fantastic. Many food and drink areas throughout the property. Snorkeling tour was the best out of many places I have been.
