Private and secure feeling with the elevators being key run

The bathroom was rather small and the toilet seems close to the door so you can’t even stand there without touching it. I was also arrived a little early so tried to use the restroom in the lobby and was meet with a lady middle age hugging what I assume was her son but about 13 in the women’s bathroom, then opened the stall door and it was overflowing with poop. So I just left and decided to wait until I could get into my room.

Location near to china town bit of a travel to fisherman wraf and union square

Staff seemed bit rude. I was told by the receptionist that I must have stayed in cheap hotels before because I was surprised that I had to pay for wifi. I knew we needed the Hilton Honors membership which I had, but to say that we must have stayed at cheaper places really was very insulting and inappropriate. Also the luggage attender seemed annoyed when I asked to get my box back as I had to get something from it. He showed he was annoyed at me asking that I have stayed at the Hilton in other countries but rooms here seemed really basic and small compared. No toiletries provided. Bath was so old but clean though I would not take bath in them
