Great and helpful staff at the desk, cleaning staff, and men at the beach
Elevator situation was slow and not direct to room. Used stairs quite a bit. On Sunday morning the elevator stopped at every floor. Asking for survey before we checked out.
The room was great and the hotel was super nice and plush

Great Location. Staff friendly and remembered our name!
Housekeeping threw away my reusable bags that I was saving for my return home. this was disappointing because it included my heavy duty toiletry bag
I liked the ocean view
There was no hotel service after 9:00pm Cost of room was overpriced for what the Hotel offers. If this were not on the beach It would not have been worth even $150 per night. The location is definitely being exploited. The place is huge and nice but very little of that translates to a hotel wanting to provide more than a view for its guests. Way over priced for very little in return.
Our bathroom was too small
