Staff really friendly and helpful Check in was fast and simple Room was very clean and spacious
Nothing. Would book again
It is the fourth time i have stayed at Revolution. Last time I told front desk on of my lights was out. I’d say in my opinion the lighting is really bad in general. I was there three days, two nights. They kept telling me someone would be there to fix the light. Never happened This time, stay number 4, I actually had a bathroom in my room. Premium upgrade. The plug in the bathroom did not work. Therefore no blowdryer in bathroom. I told the front desk and yet again they were so friendly as before and said someone would be right up to fix it. No one showed up to fix it
The hotel overall has a nice atmosphere. The design is very attractive. There is a café at the lobby which is nice for a quick to go coffee before exploring the city.
1.The room smelled BAD. It had like a very damp/shoe like smell. It was not pleasant. 2.The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, but communication and clarity around guest amenities need improvement. During our stay, we stored our lunch (worth $30) in what we thought was a common guest fridge on our floor. Unfortunately, it was removed without notice or attempt to relocate it to the designated area behind the front desk. We later learned that multiple fridges on each floor were causing confusion among guests. Oddly enough, the hotel seemed to remove the fridge entirely on our last day. Clearer signage, better guidance about where and how to store personal food, and consistent policy enforcement would go a long way in preventing this kind of avoidable issue.
Very clean and very friendly staff.
A bit of a walk from public transportation.
