Loved the style and staff!

didn’t love the bathroom down the hall idea. Also there were barking dogs on the floor we were on. That was not great! I think the owners left the dogs there while they were out on the town and they would not stop barking!!

Proximity to Back Bay

Lack of amenities in space for a “Premium” room -- no closet, mini fridge, not even a soap dish or hand towel rack, lack of flooring in shower so the entire bathroom got wet any time you used it. Air conditioner was extremely loud and not efficient. For the cost of the hotel, this all seemed unreasonable. Lack of noise cancellation -- I slept horribly because I could hear everything around me. It was as if the walls were made of paper. My room was relatively far from the elevators but I could hear them dinging and announcing the floor constantly. Could hear others' conversations in the hall crystal clear and my neighbor opening their blinds sounded like it was coming from inside of my own room.

- Staff was super helpful and thoughtful

It’s close to where I need to be. It’s not overly priced and is very nice.
