Everything, old dirty looking hotel, smell, rude staff

Free parking for Veterans, very nice folks working at the front desk, easy access to parking, SMALL but clean updated room.

No fridge in room. Obvious an older building turned into a hotel many yrs ago, not easily noticed when driving on the street, entrance to main lobby hard to spot even standing close to it.

Just the location.

There was mice in my room. I tried calling hotel from my room and there was no answer. I went to the front lobby desk and spoke to employee there. I mentioned my experience and she was very kind to move me two floors down. She was quick and very helpful.

Convenience to the Van Nuys Metro stop

The hotel front desk attendant wanted a $50 incidentals charge separate from the already paid reservation. There was no reason for this as there was no minibar or car involved. I finally had the manager waive the fee but only after being embarrassed

The location was good. It was near a metro station and a short ride to the DC attractions. Parking was reasonable at $25 a night.

We had to check out early, after 1 night instead of the 2 we booked. Serious roach issue with some of our party finding multiple roaches in their room. The staff werent overly concerned but were nice, just wasnt a huge deal to them.

Very dirty rooms and bathroom needs to be updated.

The TV didn't pick up channels without it pixilating every few seconds. Restaurant was closed entire trip. Ice machine was broken. Tub stopper didn't seal so no soaking in tub. Accumulated dirt along edges of carpet in halls. I dread needing them again.

It was close to my appointments.

Room decor was outdated and worn.
