The position is perfect and the main hall is super nice, with great style. The room was big enough and nicely designed

The shower in the room wasn't functioning properly. There was no water boiler for tea. I did not have the impression all products at break fast were really fresh - some fresh croissants and cakes would have helped

The room was quite small and very hot as the air conditioning did not work properly.

First room that I got was a bit "smelly" from cigarettes. One call to reception and they gave me different room without any problem and immediately started with preparation of cleaning the affected room! Great job! Positives: Nice hotel interior Very cozy room with all necessary amenities. Bed was quite comfortable. Wellness is fine, fitness could be bigger but for 2-3 days stay it's OK. Very good breakfast selection. Staff is incredibly nice!

Cigarette "smell" in the first room I got but that was solved immediately. Lot of stairs everywhere :D not really comfortable if you have a big suitcase

Hotel was stunning. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and a good size. Evening meal was excellent. Overall tho the hotel was amazing.

Its not that we didnt like Breakfast. The choice of food was very good but sadly the food was cold and the coffee from the machine wasnt warm.

On this occasion we did not have breakfast thought it too expensive

Front staff in the night wasn't nice this time.. stay their few days earlier than they were very nice and helpful The bed wasn't nice this time.. but where in the earlier stay.. so they don't have the same mattress in every room

Everything is perfect in this Htel The bed is the best thing ever !! The staff was wonderful!
