On check-in, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and gave us a upgrade

The room key card seem to be single use. Once we got into the room every single time after that we had to go and get the key refreshed. Instead of being apologetic the receptionist staff were unfriendly. Also the hotel is under a major repair.

Great location, friendly staff.

After checking out, I was charged 172 for unknown fees. I've called multiple times without any answer. I've left voicemails for a return call, with ZERO response.

Hotel was clean and well located

I didnt like that the 35 daily destination fee was not included in the rate upfront and that basically forces you to eat in the hotel. When you pick a hotel you want to pick where to stay not where to eat. I didnt like they didnt inform prior booking

Location is great if you'd like to be in the center of the action.

Not the place for you if you'd like to be peaceful during your stay. There's noise from outside most of the night.

Bed was a bit worn (V shaped), so I didn't get a good night's sleep. Sadly, after looking at VRBO's I was able to see that I could have more room, with onsite laundry, multiple rooms, etc. for less than I spent on the rooms at the hotel.

Location was great. Staff was so pleasant. Very clean. Lots do in a 6 minute walk!
