Breakfast experiences were good. Overall location to where we needed to go was great.

Cost factor. $500 a night was a little steep. Having to basically beg for a "free" travel pass daily was frustrating. Restocking of certain amenities was lacking.

Central and cost effective for central Vancouver. Although was slightly irked that it was cheaper to stay booking afresh 1/2 days before than reserving months in advanced. Room sick is decent. Nice balcony overlooking Vancouver.

Sofa bed wasn’t made up for us on arrival - and was horrible to sleep on with a prominent bar felt midway down the back. You have to pay for car parking.

Clean and nice. Well maintained.

We were offered extra towels twice and never got them. Then we asked for extra towels and still never got them. The AC unit was in the sitting room of the suite and did not cool the bedroom well.

Staff were approachable friendly trustworthy and helpful Clean Felt safe Centrally located Close to cruise port Concierge available Spacious room with multiple beds that were able to accommodate our party of 5 comfortably Balcony for fresh air

Wish they had a shuttle to/ from airport and cruise ports but the taxis were fast and readily available.

Personal. Manager was professional and comped my breakfast because of a plumbing issue w my room.

Having to relocate my room because the toilet was backing up with waste and toilet paper from other guests of the hotel (not from my use ) almost to the point of spilling over. Then having to relocate to a different room because of this issue.
