Poor food selection in restaurant
The hotel was a very nice surprise, it doesn't look amazing from the outside but inside it is lovely, the mattress was comfortable, the room very spacious even with 2 double beds chairs and a wheelchair. The room was very quiet, the only noise we heard was someone closing their door once. Would return.
The window could do with opening a bit further and be cleaned, this was just a small niggle though. The only thing I can complain about it is the air con which was non existent, this is the only reason we had a problem with how little the window opened. This wouldn't stop us returning or recommending this hotel
position of hotel is great. previously stayed here some time back.Staff very welcoming & helpful .The breakfast buffet was really nice.plenty of choice.we were on the 5th floor so had a nice view of the lake.
The hotel requires some attention .it looks rather tired. we booked a superior room which was disappointing. The carpet had several stains. The pillows hadn't protectors on .The water tap ran cold most of the time. we did report it & the response was no one else has complained so we boiled a kettle to have a wash.
Service was fantastic
Food was great plenty of choices
Being charged for parking
