The breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff, Miroslav was very helpful and kind!

The TV in the room was quite old, with no option to watch Netflix or even mirror it from a smartphone.

The room is absolutely stunning. It is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is so special, a true gem. The breakfast is amazing, and the option to eat in the room is a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Boutique hotel experience with excellent staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Music room to play records and mingle with other guests over a coffee or a drink was a wonderful inclusion. Bar at night in the basement was fun and no noise issues.

The bedrooms were well designed and comfortable but there wasn’t much storage space for clothing.

Aesthetically pleasing

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing. However, our 2 night stay was a nightmare and ruined our entire trip. Please stay far away from this hotel. On the 1st morning we called the reception up at 9am and told them the shower was leaking into the main room and asked for some towels. They said they would fix the shower and send towels. We waited till 10.30am and no one came to our room despite calling twice more. On the 2nd morning, after a shower our ENTIRE ROOM WAS FLOODED. There was water everywhere and our belongings were drenched. My laptop, power plug points and suitcase were damaged. We called the reception up approximately 10 times but received no response. Following this, we went to the reception where the manager Svetlana didn't believe us. She said not responding to the phone was normal as they were busy. She was extremely rude and offensive and never apologized. She said it's just some water which happens. After a while she sent her colleague who saw the extent of damage and was shocked as well. Svetlana continued to behave as it nothing happened. My wife requested her a few times to come and see the state of the room to which she openly refused. I have never experienced such a rude and indignant manager ever. Later she also sent 2 cleaning ladies to our room who behaved very aggressively towards us. This was alarming and very distressing. Svetlana only apologized to us much later and offered us a bottle of wine as compensation for heavy damages. We also missed a tour we were supposed to go to because of this. The hotel offered no other compensation for over $2,000 of damages and a harassing experience. Additionally, I ordered a vegan breakfast from their menu and was served eggs and regular milk. Shocking without the basic decency to apologize or rectify any mistakes.
