It was ok and acceptable..

First they send me a private message that shuttle service is available and send me the time table…. After waiting 1 hour in the arrivals… someone on the street told me that no shuttle service is available for this hotel….. after arriving at the hotel I asked reception and informed me that from. 1st January no shuttle service….. then would have appreciated that another message was sent to me ….. expensive drinks and food inside the hotel including breakfast ….

Great value and great place...

Clean, modern, well set up, big rooms, very close to the airport (8 minutes by foot with 1 piece of big luggage each).

No real place to park out front to check in etc with lots of taxis taking the places where you could stop. Great if you need a place to stay just before a flight out of Frankfurt but not really convenient if you wanted to go into town (although there is a train stop very close by)

Not cleaning the room, poor breakfast, poor service..pretty much everything was poor. Not standard of Holiday Inn at all.

Shuttle didn't run on New Years Day
