Building and apartment are exceptional. Beautiful with nice touches on arrival, like a bottle of wine and snacks.

This is a no face hotel like experience which I am typically not a fan of. Checkin was extremely frustrating. They forgot to send the check in code and we waited for a really long time to be able to connect with someone in the company to help us. Then we got locked out again on the middle of the night cause the code wouldnt work. Little attention to detail- no reception, no person there to help, everything is via phone or email so very disconnected. That being said the property for huge and exceeded expectations - it was on a great street and very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property aside from the hiccups dealing with support staff

The flat was one of the best accommodations I ever stayed in. Big, spacious, well decorated, with all the amenities you would need and an extra touch and thought put in everything, from the entrance of the building all the way to the apartment. The check in is so well-organised, the location is perfect, and their customer service team is amazing! They helped me with everything I needed (post check-out as I forgot some things in the flat). This place deserves a full 10 score and nothing else. The photos dont even do justice as its much better in real life. I read some of the reviews and about the noise: guys, if you do not want noise (which by the way I didnt find it to be excessive) just rent a cabin in the mountains. Travelling to a city and expecting silence - doesnt happen. I was so sceptical and scared having gone through so many listings with appalling reviews before I booked this one, but I am so happy with the choice and I cannot recommend it enough. Ando Living, you should be proud of yourself and the job that you do. Bravo!
