Small room with no window. Booked 6 bed and got a 2 bed hostel room

Its an hotel with multiple beds not typical hostel All is like a hotel , location can not be better at any place of sorrento , 3 minutes from center , 5 minutes from Marina grandi ( small local fishing and restaurant)

Price is the best in sorrento but could be better as its near to price of one private room , as u still share it but I would definitely choose it as it super luxurious for being hostel

The location of this was close to the old town. We had a large room that meant we could spread out.

The breakfast was cold every morning, we went at different times. The breakfast itself was very average and not really as advertised. They advertised american style breakfast, this wasn't the case. The other guests were very noisy at all times of the night, including the slamming of doors. The reception was supposed to be manned 24/7 yet staff were witnessed sleeping in the bar area. The hostel advertises the gym and pool as part of the property. They fail to mention that this costs extra at 10 Euro per use for one hour per person. The floors are all tiled, so you can hear the scraping of chairs in the rooms to the side, below and above. You can also hear persons suitcases being pulled down the hallway on the tiles at all hours. It is advertised as a hostel but doesn't have hostel facilities such as a laundry room or a self-service kitchen. Overall it was a bit underwhelming.
