Located quiet close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park. But based on the dirtiness of the hotel, not worth it.
Extremely dirty room. There were rest of food in the kitchen. Even blood on the mattress under the bed sheet..... As it was the night before the eclipse, all the hotels in the region were full. We even paid a crazy price for that room on that night....
Comfortable and spacious with good beds.
The cooking kit and Crockery/cutlery were minimum standard/cheap ... we cook our own meals and I expected much better. The price was very dear.
Room was big, clean and had everything we need.
We were in a separate condo which was bit further from the main hotel. So for breakfast and pool we would have needed the car. Not much of a problem, as we were just stopping there to sleep one night, but you should consider that if you want to spend more time there - better get one of the rooms in the main hotel
The studio apartments are not connected to main hotel and require a walk thru the woods down a dark path or a 2 - 3 min drive. I did not have a car and had quite a bit of luggage. The manager offered to drive me over to the apt complex. So nice!
The decor and fixtures are a bit outdated in the studio apartments. Apt has carpet and some funky tile in entry way and kitchenette. The balcony is so small you can barely sit in a chair.
The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome
A couple of things I wanted to mention is the room had no couch or lounge chair to sit, only the kitchen table chairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable, hurt our backs and impacted our sleep
As expected, a simple, clean studio apartment with a small balcony/terrace.
Kitchen is small- cooking limited to a microwave. Still, reasonable for breakfast and staging trips to the national park.
