The stuff is more than helpful and nice, the vegan breakfasts were gorgeous and the location just one block from the beach simply perfect, the neighborhood is safe, plenty of nice restaurant nearby. Happy to spent my Puerto Rico time there and I can't wait to go back

no TV!!!/ 2 small roaches l killed, crooked bathroom door. workers pounding till 6:30 . Election year, my wife was not happy W/ NO TV. used her phone for news on Milton We have relatives & friends in Florida.

It’s my 3rd visit and I love it each time. Never disappointed. Vibe and room is amazing . Bed super comfy. Everything super clean. Staff amazing and location super convenient 1 block from the beach.

The property location is one of the best attributes of this place. Walking distance to the beach and to Kasalta. The room was exactly as pictured in the website. Would stay here again!

Would have preferred a bit more privacy when going to the bathroom.

I enjoyed interacting with the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was excellent, and the nearby restaurants were convenient and reasonable. I felt safe, which is important to me.

This sounds terrible, but I don't drink coffee or tea. I wish the hotel had soda (Coke). I get my caffeine from Coke or products with caffeine. I did not choose this hotel because it was a vegan hotel; I chose it because of its location. That being said, the change was refreshing. This is a bad habit for me. What the hotel had to drink was perfectly fine.
