Hotel Dos Playas Faranda Cancún

location is very close to everything. Nice beach

The service and staff were not so helpful. we waited too long in the lobby to get the room.

Nothing, we left after 1hr being at the property not sure whether we get --- USD refund back or not. Definitely not kid friendly place as there are sharp edges all over.

Property is not clean, pool has dirty water, there are empty plastic cups all over. Old engine from boat was laying on the beach. We register at the reception and left 1hr after, did not even slept there. Working on refund for USD--- .

Location was pretty. Food was good. Staff were nice.

The plumbing was not good. The toilet barely flushed in the room, I didnt use it for anything other than urination. I used the public bathroom for when I needed to go. Also the A/C was unfortunately not powerful enough. I was always sticky in the room and it was a bit uncomfortable to try and sleep.

staff were brilliant, the entertainment was great and really friendly, a big shout out to the bar man Santiago he had great customer service and doing a great job!

I liked everything

The price was decent and the staff was very friendly. The location was right in front of the bus stop to go into town.

The big pool was closed and the other was too small. No variety of food or signs in English to understand what was being served.

They staff was very Nice and the pizzas amazing!

The options in the restaurants arent enough. The aquatic para wasnt available

No elevators, older looking vs whats showed online, only one bar, not much of a selection on the buffet.
