The Meritage Resort and Spa

We booked through Booking.com and paid through them but were then charged the whole amount by the Meritage. We complained but it took many phone calls and emails to get them to refund us. I'm not sure who's fault it was but the Meritage made the refund process really hard and were really hard to deal with. I was very unimpressed seeing as the staff and rooms were lovely. You would think the administration would be the same

Location, clean new rooms, comfortable and spacious. Lots of activities during this time of the year, my kids enjoyed the ice skating and the adults enjoyed wine tasting.

Ember steakhouse- food was cold and waited over an hour for food to come

It's a beautiful resort with a lot to do on the premises.

Loved the updated rooms . Very modern and light . Also liked the outdoor furniture. Very comfy

Smelled like urine in a lot of places because of dogs on premise .

Location and the hotel itself.

Its a bit pricey and when I book my stay breakfast is included but the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast.
