My recent stay at this hotel was abhorrent! Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that did not match my reservation. The room I received lacked a balcony and had a small window with a view of a roof space covered in fresh bird droppings. Additionally, the window shade was broken. I contacted the front desk twice to request that the shade be repaired, but no one came to fix it. As a result, I was unable to sleep due to the light coming into the room. The following day, I spoke with a concierge who learned of the issues and went to the front desk supervisor, Tiffani, who authorized a $50 hotel credit to my room to compensate for these issues. I subsequently used this credit to purchase breakfast at the Blend Café. However, upon checkout, I was informed that the $50 had not been credited to my room. Instead, the amount was deducted from my $100 incidental hold. I waited an hour to speak with the concierge again, and he confirmed the credit with Alicia at the front desk and she acknowledged the $50 credit and assured me that a receipt for a chargeback to my credit card would be sent immediately. As of today, I have not received this receipt.
