I love the grounds and all the amenities on and surrounding the property (ie: crush lounge, cafe, restaurants, tasting rooms. It’s perfectly located close to hiking and downtown.

My recent stay at this hotel was abhorrent! Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that did not match my reservation. The room I received lacked a balcony and had a small window with a view of a roof space covered in fresh bird droppings. Additionally, the window shade was broken. I contacted the front desk twice to request that the shade be repaired, but no one came to fix it. As a result, I was unable to sleep due to the light coming into the room. The following day, I spoke with a concierge who learned of the issues and went to the front desk supervisor, Tiffani, who authorized a $50 hotel credit to my room to compensate for these issues. I subsequently used this credit to purchase breakfast at the Blend Café. However, upon checkout, I was informed that the $50 had not been credited to my room. Instead, the amount was deducted from my $100 incidental hold. I waited an hour to speak with the concierge again, and he confirmed the credit with Alicia at the front desk and she acknowledged the $50 credit and assured me that a receipt for a chargeback to my credit card would be sent immediately. As of today, I have not received this receipt. On May 2, 2025, I want to provide an update on this situation. A few days after my stay, I looked at my bank statement and noticed $10 was added to my purchase at Blend Cafe, so the total came to $65.03. I did not sign the bill for $65.03. I only signed the receipt for $55.03 because I specifically did not include a gratuity because the service was mediocre. This establishment needs to do better! I will never come back to a place that would take the liberty to charge my credit card without my consent, because they have my credit card on file. This is unacceptable and unethical!!
Customer service at the front desk. The lack of urgency to help with the broken window shade. The fresh bird droppings in front of the window prevented me from opening the window for fresh air.
Loved the property. They had everything there so you didn't need to leave.
The staff from there little grocery store was rude. It actually felt extremely racist. He didn't treat the 2 white women like that. Same thing from the staff in the coffee shop. It made me cry.
