It was pretty quiet and had an adults only pool/

Our AC broke and they didn't give us a discount, we shouldn't have to pay for parking when we are paying guests and the prices of the drinks and food was way too much for what it was.

Only offering to pick up trash, replace towels every 4 days..

Nice room

Horrible area around the pool. The staff know nothing - everyone said different opening times. You have to pay to park your car overnight. We had paid including resort fee and taxes the hotel did not believe and wanted to charge us again. Be careful when they say they will email your invoice - check before as they were just going to charge us without checking our rate of what was included

Horrible experience- website does not reflect the property. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I was trying to make it special. The property looks cheap, the same pieces of trash and food were on the hotel floor everyday we were there. No towels at the pool (who does that?!), no food or drink at the pool, housekeeping did not come one day and came the next at 8:15am! No lotion and a limited number of towels in room. And, the vineyard view that was advertised- showed a corner of the vineyard separated by a trafficked road. Come on! Cheap knock-off, rip-off.

Property was nice, not enough tables at the restaurant on site. Definitely know now to make reservations so i don’t get pushed around. 21+ pool staff was very polite and good people.

I did not care for the vale was passed by several times and I believe it was because I didn’t have a nice car. (Had to use my son’s Honda , I switched him cars for a safer roadtrip for him) the ember steak house hosts pretend to take my name and number for a table. Had me wait outside for and hour knowing they close at 8:30 and wouldn’t have a table for me or bar seating at least. I did call a few times to check and they wouldn’t not give me a wait time when I would ask so o could go someplace else. I had no chairs on my patio either whitch I was looking forward to , but it was a dark corner with high walls and no chairs just a side table. And birds that would attack if I went outside.

Excellent customer service and staff was helpful, kind very professional.
