Good location very clean and most of staff was very helpful on a busy weekend
The ice machine on our floor was acting up and I got a little attitude when I asked for a rollaway bed second night (our college age daughter decided to sleep over with us and I just thought the front desk could have been a bit more polite about it.
Room was clean, quiet, with comfortable beds.
Hard to find entrance from street to parking, not well-marked.
Very nice building. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I've experienced. For the most part, the staff was cordial.
The ice machines on the floors are ill-advised and short sighted. The one on our floor (4) rarely worked at all, and when it did, it didn't produce enough ice for even a small beverage glass. When I went to the main floor to get ice, I encountered a clerk who clearly saw me as a bother and was not very interested in helping. I was then taken to a lobby bar at which time I was given ice that has been sitting at room temperature, and surprise! melted rapidly. Whoever came up with that idea should be fired. Today.
