Divi Little Bay Beach Resort

Well kept grounds and nice property overall

Staff were slow, not friendly and not as attentive.

Friendly staff, very nice beach and pools. Room was nice and large. Very good drinks at Gizmo's bar. the entertainment/water aerobics instructor was amazing!

The food is mediocre. Was not getting daily housekeeping where as 2 other couples that I travelled with were. I addressed the issue with the front desk and was told that would be corrected and still was not. Did not like the towel policy either

Terrible customer service....treat you like am inconvenience vs paying guest. My hotel room had minimal hot water and sink faucet spewed brown water for first 2 days....used bottled water received from front desk, to brush my teeth. The food is moderate

When we pulled out sofa bed, two roaches came out, one alive and one dead.

Location was great, away from crowds but near everything. Beach was terrific and staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was comfortable but showed its years.

The location was amazing and close to anything you needed. The best area on the island and Divi had all one needed to ensure your needs were met.

The wait staff lacked urgency, customer service and missed where the rest of the staff excelled. We stopped using the restaurants on site due to the lack of service
