Great location
The breakfast was great. The location was great. Would reccomend if you need a place for one night.
Ive stayed in holiday inn's all over the world but i was dissapointed in this one. The room was so small that the only way we could be in it was if we were in bed. And that is difficult with 2 young kids who kept bumping into the bed and sofa bed and hurting their legs. We were given 2 towels for 4 people. We called front desk twice but then had to go down n get them ourselves next morning. We had to pay for parking. Was not expecting that. The front desk was kind enough to give us a discount code which made the parking a lot easier.
breakfast; grounds; general environment
Nothing
The location of the hotel was convenient with just a twenty minute walk into Bath centre. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Having to pay extra to park at a hotel. There were no restaurants nearby as an alternative to eating in the hotel which had a limited menu. Being elderly, in March we would not choose to have to walk any great distance in the dark.
Within 15 minutes walk of town centre
Parking is expensive even with a discount
