Housed in a historical building, it has a similar ambiance to a traditional style Spanish villa, but with all the amenities one could want from a more modern stay. With luscious walled gardens, stone pathways, antique water fountains and beautiful courtyards, it’s truly a sight to behold.

The rooms at this hotel are equally as stunning, with a high standard throughout, and beautiful decor that ranges from classic European to luxurious contemporary styles. Each room comes with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen cable or satellite TV, and coffee and tea-making facilities.

The Clarendon Hotel & Spa,

 Located right in the heart of Phoenix is this truly one-of-a-kind adults-only hotel & spa. It boasts a great location in the city center, making it a popular choice with party-goers and those looking for a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Great attractions on the doorstep include Phoenix Convention Center, the city theater district, Encanto golf course, and the fabulous Baltimore Fashion Park.

The Clarendon Hotel is a vibrant and lively spot that is an exclusively adults-only property. It boasts a selection of vibrant bar spaces and a relaxing courtyard pool area, making it the perfect choice if you’re planning a fun bachelor or bachelorette party in the city.

Rooms at this hotel boast pop art-inspired decor and large, comfortable beds. Thanks to it being an adults-only property in the Phoenix area, guests can even choose between cannabis friendly and normal guest accommodations.

Previous visitors praised the friendly, down-to-earth staff, great prices and overall cleanliness, but noted that the property can still be quite loud late at night, as to be expected from this type of hotel with a bit of a party atmosphere!

Previous guests loved the fun 50’s vibe at this hotel, the fact that there are two pools for guests to use, and the great location, but noted that there are some areas where renovations could improve the quality of the hotel slightly.

Previous guests praised the friendly staff, spotless, comfortable, and stylish suites, and the stunning views, but noted that the food was a little expensive here.

RISE Uptown Hotel, Phoenix
